What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard delivery for individual portraits and color grading batches under 200 photos is 3 to 5 business days. Full wedding bundles (400+ photos) typically take 5 to 7 business days. For urgent deadlines, 24–48hr rush delivery is available (+30% fee).
What camera RAW formats do you accept?
I support all major camera manufacturer RAW formats including Sony (.ARW), Canon (.CR2, .CR3), Nikon (.NEF), Fujifilm (.RAF), Hasselblad (.3FR), Leica (.DNG), and Phase One (.IIQ).
How does the 2 Free RAW sample edit work?
Before booking any package, you can send 2 RAW files via Google Drive or WeTransfer. I will edit them to your exact instructions and return full-resolution samples with no watermarks, completely free of charge.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Payments are accepted in US Dollars (USD). We support international bank wire transfers, UPI / Bank Transfer (India), PayPal, and Wise for seamless global transactions.
How do you handle revisions?
Every project includes up to 2 rounds of minor adjustments (e.g. tweaking contrast, warmth, or skin smoothness) free of charge to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Photographers, studios, or agencies that contract 3 or more weddings or monthly catalogs automatically qualify for a 10% discount across all per-image and bundle rates, along with a dedicated priority queue.
How do we send and receive large batches of RAW files?
You can upload your files to WeTransfer (up to 200GB Pro links), Google Drive shared folder, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Finished high-resolution JPEG/TIFF exports and Lightroom catalog sidecars are delivered back through the same cloud links.
What is the difference between Standard Edit and High-End Retouching?
Standard Edit includes overall color grading and quick blemish removal suitable for large wedding documentary sets. High-End Retouching involves manual frequency separation and micro dodge & burn on individual portraits, perfecting skin pores, stray hairs, and dress details at magazine resolution.
